Jen Burdo has served as an assistant coach at Haverford since 2010 when Jackie Cox was named head coach. The Fords have had unprecedented success during her tenure. Haverford has made the Centennial Conference Tournament seven times during that span, including championship game appearances during the 2010 and 2012 seasons.

Burdo, a 2009 graduate of Franklin & Marshall with a Bachelor of Arts in business, organizations, and society, was a four-year member of the Diplomats’ field hockey team. As a goalkeeper, she was named to the Centennial Conference Honor Roll in 2007, as well as the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week in 2007.

Prior to joining Haverford, Burdo served as the assistant coach at The Baldwin School during the 2009-10 season.

Nicole McCreight has been an assistant coach with the Haverford College field hockey team since the 2012 season. A 2011 graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, McCreight was a four-year player for the Hawks. While at St. Joseph’s, she was mentored by Jackie Cox who was an assistant coach with that team until being named head coach at Haverford for the 2010 season. McCreight enjoyed a standout high school career at nearby Merion Mercy Academy and also coached the FSC Club team for two years while in college.

The Havertown, Pa., native capped her collegiate career with a stellar senior season as she paced Saint Joseph’s in goals and finished second in assists. McCreight’s impressive play drew recognition from several levels as she was named the squad’s most outstanding player, first-team All-Atlantic 10 and to the Longstreth/National Field Hockey Coaches Association 2010 Division I Mid-Atlantic All-Region second team. She additionally earned the distinction of being the first Saint Joseph’s field hockey player to be selected as the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Year.

McCreight also attended the 107th Philadelphia Sports Writer's Awards Banquet to be honored as a Big 5 field hockey representative for Saint Joseph's.

Cammy Toddy joined the Haverford field hockey staff as an assistant prior to the 2023 season. 

Toddy, a 2021 Longwood University graduate, was a four year member of the Lancers field hockey team. While at Longwood, she was team captain for three seasons. She was additionally named a member of the All-Mac Academic team for three consecutive seasons. 

Toddy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is currently working towards her Masters of Science at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.

Emilie Katz joined the Haverford College field hockey coaching staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2023 season. 

Katz, a Yale graduate, was a key member of the field hockey squad for the Bulldogs from 2013 to 2016 as she was named the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year during her senior season in 2016, becoming the first goalkeeper, and only the second ever Yale player, to capture that prestigious award.  She was additionally a two-time All-Mideast Region selection as well as a first-team All-Ivy League selection in both 2015 and 2016. 

Katz Finished her career fifth on Yale''s all-time saves list (302), sixth on Yale''s all-time save percentage list (.770), and eighth on Yale''s all-time goals-against average list (3.30).
